As per the census of India 2011, the urban population of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh was recorded as (1,03,99,146), and (2,11,69,405) respectively.

Let’s read this number:
2 Crore 11 Lakh 69 Thousand 405

Q2: The urban population of Madhya Pradesh exceeded that of Punjab by:

Given:
Madhya Pradesh = 2,11,69,405
Punjab = 1,03,99,146

Subtraction:
2,11,69,405 − 1,03,99,146 = ?
